Terence Muchengwa is a Zambian national with over 30 years of experience in the global development sector. He holds a PhD in International Development and multiple master's degrees in fields such as Business Administration, International Finance, and Organizational Leadership. He is a licensed International Financial Analyst and a Fellow Member of the International Academy of Management.

Terence has expertise in sustainable investments, SME development, green and circular economy, and digital transformation. He has worked with various organizations, including MEGA Consulting, Prospero Limited, and GIZ Zambia, providing strategic oversight, business development support, and technical assistance to governments, NGOs, and private sector companies.

He has a strong track record of achieving key milestones, including developing multi-stakeholder platforms, conducting stakeholder mapping and profiling, and providing technical assistance to government agencies and NGOs. Terence is also a skilled trainer and mentor, having delivered training programs in business management, market systems development, and investment readiness.

He is fluent in English, Bemba, and Nyanja, and has working knowledge of multiple professional courses, including project management, entrepreneurship, and climate change mitigation. Terence is a member of various professional bodies, including the Institute of Organizational Development Facilitators and the Business Development Service Providers Association of Zambia.
