To create employment, decent work and economic growth for women and youth in Africa through inclusive business models, vocational training, MSME capacity strengthening, access to capital, access to markets and help communities' transition from overdependence to self-reliance in a more sustainable way through shared value.

Our Key Objectives

Access to Quality Education

Bridge the gap between industry and academia through equal access for all women and men to affordable and quality technical, vocational, and tertiary education to substantially increase the number of youth and adults who have relevant skills for employment and entrepreneurship.

End Hunger and Poverty

Create employment through working with farmers and cooperative societies to increase agricultural productivity and the incomes of small-scale food producers. Support local manufacturing companies with domestic technology development, research and innovation, industrial diversification and value addition to commodities.

Environment & Climate Change

Build capacity of local companies to adopt sustainable practices through Social behavior change communication (SBCC) in environmental conservation, protection through re-afforestation, use of alternative sources or renewable energy, recycling and re-use of product packaging, and safe disposal to protect the negative impact of climate change.
