Product and the business model: This will be coached based on the lean canvas and the business model canvas benchmarking to identify current products they offer, who they target, how much they charge for services, and their viability. Their ability to continuously develop the product, ability to market the product, ability to balance their costs and revenues, ability to maintain relationships with partners and other clients.

Organization Capacity Strengthening (OCS): Focuses on the ability to run a business to profitability. This session reflects the management structure, Human resource skills available, the Marketing strategies, financial management strategies, cost management, operations efficiency and availability of systems to support operations.

MMSEs investor Readiness (MSEs-IRs):  Focus on the ability of the SMEs to develop more products, identify potential investors / sources of capital, ability to pitch, ability to mobilize resources, ability to develop contracts and terms of engagement, ability to negotiate, to attract capital.

Risks and Mitigation Measures:  Focuses on ability to identify risks, handle unforeseen challenges, ability to innovate, re-invent and survive the business environment. This is measured against a risk register.

SUS-AFRIC has developed a comprehensive capacity strengthening program for Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs). Participating NPOs consistently demonstrate improved governance structures, enhanced project development, and strengthened financial management systems. This builds trust with partners and donors, significantly increasing their access to grants.

This program runs for one year, the partners take an assessment, to enroll in the program and are supported to strengthen their institutions. 

The program will run one hour per day online  trainings and capacity building. The following topics are covered on different days
