Your Impact
As a SUS-AFRIC Graduate Fellow, you will work in small, high-trust teams supporting projects across Nairobi, Kilifi, Machakos, and Kajiado Counties. You will play an active role in planning and delivery—supporting field execution, gathering and analyzing information, documenting learning, and helping teams translate ideas into results. Depending on your track, you may contribute to value chain work, product development, digital tools, creative production, or community-facing interventions. You will learn how to move from "good ideas" to "good outcomes"—through structured implementation, stakeholder engagement, and accountability to results. This program is designed to strengthen your sector competence while sharpening the professional habits that matter in real work: discipline, collaboration, reliability, problem-solving, and clear communication. You will gain direct exposure to industry expectations and development delivery realities, building a portfolio that speaks louder than a transcript.
