WILSONs Graduate Fellowship Program -Non Profit

SUS-AFRIC, through the WILSONs Program, is excited to announce the launch of our Graduate Fellowship Training. This initiative is designed to bridge the gap between academic qualifications and industry demands by providing fresh graduates with practical, on-the-job experience in the non-profit sector. We are currently seeking passionate, dedicated, and eager-to-learn graduates to join our intensive fellowship across five specialized tracks. 

 

Business development 
Grants and financial management 
Project management 
Monitoring and Evaluation 
Social Behaviour Change Communication

Available opportunities 

  • Applicants can apply to specialize in one of the following areas:
  • 1. Non-Profit Business Development
  • 2. Grants and Financial Management
  • 3. Project Management
  • 4. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
  • 5. Social Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC)

Eligibility 

  • To be considered for the fellowship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • ·  Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree aligned with one of the five fellowship tracks listed above. Preferably  Business administration, marketing, finance, project management, mathematics statistics,
  • ·  Hold a Form Four Certificate (For Kenyan applicants, a mean grade of B+ and above is required).
  • ·  Must not be currently employed.
  • ·  Must be able to fully commit to the 3-month virtual training
  • ·  Must have reliable access to a laptop and internet connection for remote/digital tasks.
  • ·   A master’s degree is an added advantage

  • ·  Internship Placement: A guaranteed 3-month placement to apply your skills in a practical environment. Limited to 20 participants who successfully complete the training
