WILSONs Graduate Fellowship Program - Private sector

SUS-AFRIC, through the WILSONs Program, is thrilled to announce the launch of our next Graduate Fellowship Training cohort. Designed for ambitious recent graduates, this initiative bridges the gap between academic theory and corporate reality by providing intensive, hands-on experience in the private sector. We are actively seeking driven and analytical graduates to join our program across four core enterprise tracks. 

 

Enterprise Business Development 
Business Financial Analysis 
Service Quality
Research Marketing and Communication 
Innovation 

Available opportunities 

  • Applicants can choose to specialize in one of the following corporate domains:
  • 1. Enterprise Business Development
  • 2. Business Financial Analysis
  • 3. Service Quality & Customer Experience
  • 4. Research, Marketing, and Communication

Eligibility

  • To qualify for this fellowship cohort, applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
  • Hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree aligned with your chosen track (e.g., Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, etc.).
  • Hold a Form Four Certificate (For Kenyan applicants, a strict minimum mean grade of B+ and above is required).
  • Must not be currently employed.

Must be willing and able to commit fully to the 3-month virtual training.

  • Must have reliable access to a laptop and internet connection to facilitate remote tasks and digital research.
  • A master’s degree is an added advantage
